Covid -19

 Individuals who request to be tested for HIV, HEPATITIS C, and Syphilis will be seen by Appointment Only. Clients will have to wait in their personal vehicle until the service is rendered. They will be called upon when ready to be seen. Upon entry the client will have to perform a Temperature Check and will be asked to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire. It is mandatory that all clients enter will PPE appropriate face covering. If the client does not have a mask one will be provided.
